D2CScaleup is a D2C growth and scaling agency working with founder-led brands that sell online. We focus on the categories where visuals, trust and repeat purchase decide the outcome: fashion and ethnic wear, jewellery, beauty and skincare, home decor, textiles and gifting.
We started D2CScaleup after seeing the same pattern again and again: brands paying agencies to run ads, while the real problem sat in the product pages, the checkout, the tracking or the unit economics. Ads alone can’t fix that, so we work across the whole system instead.
What we believe
- Revenue, not vanity metrics. Reach and clicks matter only if they turn into paid, delivered orders.

Sahil Kumar
Sahil leads growth strategy and paid acquisition at D2CScaleup, working with founders on Meta Ads, scaling decisions and unit economics. He writes most of our material on scaling, profitability and agency selection.
Arun Goswami
Arun works across conversion optimisation, Shopify and retention, covering everything from product pages and checkout to RTO control and Klaviyo flows. He writes our guides on CRO, COD returns and Shopify growth.
